President & CEO

Company founder Dave Pearson has led the 215Secure team to success by encouraging genuine win/win relationships with employees and clients alike. With a degree in computer engineering from Villanova University and experience in both data security and building & property management, Dave has keen insight into the needs of the market and the vast array of available solutions. Today, he leads our business development initiatives, manages all operations and has created a culture built on honesty, ethics, transparency and talent.

KEITH WERNER

CFO

Keith Werner, chief financial officer, is a strategic, focused, results-driven entrepreneurial executive with more than 20 years of C-level success. Experienced in raising capital, starting-up companies and building supply chains, transforming them into a highly profitable, dynamic, global (five continent) industry leader. Increased EBITDA by 10% over nine years while leading the development and distribution of products on five continents. Industry-wide understanding of business – successfully served as COO, CFO and President. Early career success in finance and operations management. Delivers breakthrough results.

MIKE TOMASCO

Vice President / General Manager

Mike Tomasco possesses over 15 years of hands-on and managerial experience in the technology industry with 10 years focused on physical security systems. As 305Secure’s Service Manager he oversees all service technicians, scheduling, and operations. Mike graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Computer Information Systems. As a hands-on manager, he has developed extensive technical experience in both Physical Security Systems (specifically Electronic Access Control) and Information Technology. Early on in his career he served in a management role for a national retailor. Mike’s strengths are his customer relationship skills; his ability to prioritize tasks and his technical knowledge.
